The bottle of Cinnamon contains a 60-day supply at the recommended dosage of two capsules per day. The bottle of Caprylic Acid contains a 30-day supply, since MOST people should take 4 caprylic acid capsules. The exception is if you can't tolerate 4 caps and end up taking fewer. This usually means you DO have a yeast or mold infestation and taking the caprylic acid is starting the die off process. That can be uncomfortable andf usualy it is easier to tolerate if you back off on the doseage some until your system can better tolerate it. |
