Warrantor, HealthQuest Technologies, LLC, warrants to the original purchaser of this Air PIONAIR Purifier that should it prove to be defective by reason of improper materials and/or workmanship for three years on the unit (base) and one year on the lamp module from the date of the original purchase. The warrantor will provide the replacement of the product without charge to the customer. The product should be delivered to HealthQuest Technologies, LLC. All transportation charges and shipping expenses are the purchaser's responsibility. Proof of purchase is required when requesting warranty service by registration of warranty or presentation of documentation.

Air Purifiers which are returned for a repair after the warranty period, or which show damage for which HealthQuest Technologies, LLC, is not responsible, will be repaired for a resonable charge as determined by HealthQuest Technologies LLC. HealthQuest Technologies, LLC will advise purchaser of the cost of repair or replacement before proceeding.

This warranty does not apply to defects caused by modification, alteration, repair or service of the product by anyone not authorized by HealthQuest Technologies, LLC to perform such repair or service, physical abuse to, or misuse of, the product or operation of it in a manner contrary to the accompanying instructions or usage at a voltage other than that specified by the product instructions, or shipment of the product to HealthQuest Technologies LLC for service.

This warranty gives you specific, legal rights, and you may also have rights, which vary, from state to state. If your air purifier is defective, please contact HealthQuest Technologies, LLC.
